At this exciting interactive cooking class, guests enjoy a lively introductory lesson featuring tips such as the fastest way to dice an onion without a tear. Guests then break into teams and work on recipes from the evening's seasonal menu, while listening to upbeat music. After the cooking is over, guests savor the 'fruits' of their labor hot from the oven! November 10th Menu Endive Leaves with Savory Fig Jam Sweet Potato Pancakes with Crispy Prosciutto and Sour Cream Hot Crab Dip with Soft Pretzel Poppers Mini Apple, Roquefort and Caramelized Onion Pies with Honey Seared Beef Brochettes with Whole Grain Mustard and Garlic Marinade Parties That Cook designs fresh seasonal menus for each event. Guests do not need cooking experience to attend.
