Harris Tire of 5th street ruined all 4 of my trim rings

This past Christmas I got new tires as a Christmas present from my parents and bought them through Harris tire on 5th st. They Bent my chrome plated trims rings that go on my rims and broke off some of the clips trying to force them on over sized weights (should have used stick on - split weights) . When I took my car back, Mike at Harris Tire the guy I bought the tires through and got setup through came out and I told him my problem (without threats or foul language) and he rudely said "How do you know they weren't already like that?" and "We do 50 cars a day and don't mess any up". I was thinking yea 50 KIA's , and little does he know I have before pictures of my car and after taking it to Harris Tire on 5th. Mike walked away and said the only thing they can do is move the weights around and try to put my rims back on which are ruined by this point. So the original trim rings for the rims are $159.99 and I need 4 or for the reproduction which I bought they where $80.00. Im so glad I did not get them to do my alignment (which they said they didn't have anyone in that day that was knowledgeable on vettes). Booooo Harris Tire and Mike how dare you blame the trim rings on me and say they where already like that. The BS was just spewing out your lying trap.
