Just did Green Mountain this weekend and it was great. Be warned that if you run the Green Mt Trail and decide to run up the fire service road, it’s a grizzle climb. Of course, it’s well worth it once at the top. Nice guide!

It may not be real close to Denver, but Elk Meadow by Evergreen is excellent … you can run right through 200 head of elk on some mornings.

Great guide! I’ve run most of these and have to say White Ranch is my personal favorite… If you like hills anyway. :)
