GOO GONE BAD

Since it was a warm Thanksgiving morning, I decided to use your product, "Goo Gone Outdoor Clean Connect Kit. I followed the instructions exactly. The hose connection did not leak. The "Clean Connect Sprayer" was leaking a lot. I doubled checked everything to be sure that everything was connected properly. It was. It turned out to be a disaster. I am a disabled Vietnam Vet on a fixed income. Not only did your product not work, it ruined my clothes that I had on. See the PDF file. The stock # is: 501147. I noticed that it is not on your website, http://www.magicamerican.com/googone/products.aspx . Could it be because it was defective?
