When my ladies and I do our girls’ days out, we like to indulge in brunch. It’s my personal favorite meal because it’s completely decadent, unnecessary and it involves Bloody Marys. Nothing cures a hangover quite like spicy tomato juice and a splash of Stoli.

Southwark is a great place to do brunch with the girls because it oozes class: a big, wooden bar, shiny glassware, locally grown fresh ingredients and Bellinis (mimosas with peach juice). The food portions aren’t huge, but everything is fantastic. The Eggs Benedict is an absolute must.

When you work in the service industry as I do (or if you work retail or at a desk…in fact if you work at all) a massage is a special treat for your body and soul. This type of treat is best shared in tandem with a couple of your best mates as part of an all day spoil-fest. Massage Arts offers discount massages done by students. They are inexpensive ($35-60 for a whole hour) and done very well. Call in advance to get they type of practitioner(s) that are right for you and the girls.

They have massage therapists too—and an awesome, beautiful relaxing massage room.

One of my favorite ladies in the whole world and I decided to kick off our girls’ night out at Tria, which, with its focus on wine, beer and cheese is almost a uniquely perfect venue for such a thing. It ain’t cheap but you can taste your way through a good selection of wine arranged on the menu by character—such as smooth or funky—rather than region or varietal. The same goes with the beer and cheese. We had a smorgasbord of oozy sheep, fresh goat and sharp, handmade cheddar.

I got my first pedicure for my very first shoot in my short foot fetish modeling career. I didn’t realize some sole-scraping and red polish could transform my feet from my most embarrassing feature to something fetish-worthy. Since that day, I’ve been hooked. My first pedicure tickled immensely and I couldn’t stop giggling, but the laugh-happiness goes away and is replaced by pleasure—particularly at Pure Bliss. They bring you glasses of wine, fruit and crackers while they pamper you!
