I read about a billion magazines, but Cook’s Illustrated will always be my favorite. The BEST recipes, no advertisements, and an awesome concept. Plus, I’ve met Chris Kimball, the editor and man in charge, several times and he’s amazing.

Glamour Magazine

Glamour is rich in content, and not just the fluffy stuff. This glossy delivers plenty of the normal fashion and beauty buzz, but also packs in more serious matters that enrich and stimulate today’s modern girl-on-the go.

InStyle Magazine

Okay, so I’m a tiny bit biased since I was an editor for InStyle for a few years, but I’ve been a major fan ever since its initial launch. Celebrity style and amazing finds were never so accessible.

BUST Magazine

I happen to have a serious SOFT spot for Bust because, I INTERNED THERE!! yahoooo!!

As a matter of fact, this particular issue- I was responsible for covering Amy Sedaris’ breasts with shaving cream. That’s right.

NYLON

A little hipster but not so much that it’s annoying…I mean Nicole Richie is on the cover.

Saveur

Bust and Saveur and Craft are all tied for my favorites, to be honest. Saveur combines food, travel and storytelling. Storytelling through food. I love that! It’s not all hoity-toity like Bon Appetit or Gourmet.
