New York Fashion Academy

New York Fashion Academy is fittingly located in blue-collared Ballard, as the Pacific Northwest’s only indie fashion school. They offer single classes or a 18 month certificate program in fashion design and construction.

NYFA alumni have won the Project Red Dress student designer competition two years in a row, and in 2008 all five winners of Seamless in Seattle Competition were from the school.
