What would you do with an extra $100?
We could all use extra cash right? I could use it now more than ever! After finishing up some Christmas shopping, I'd love to take $100 and spend it on myself. What would YOU spend it on?
Continuing Education
The practical, mature (aka boring) part of me believes I should put the $100 toward some continuing education classes so that massage therapy certificate doesn’t go to waste.
Travel
The explorer in me would like to put $100 toward a vacation. I’m thinking Bora Bora.
Wow, everyone here is so nice— charity! I guess I’m not that nice— I’d totally spend it on myself. I’d use it for clothes, food, movies, concert tickets…oooh, or maybe a series of yoga classes.
Maintenance.
I would get a hair cut and an oil change. (The two activities I’m much better at putting off than actually doing!)
mani / pedi = $60
eyebrow wax = $25
Rosebud salve = $7
A Cucumber Cosmo = $10
= $102 (OK, so I’ll throw in the two bucks)

Charity
The generous part of me believes I should donate the $100 to a charity of my choice, or split it between a couple. I’d especially like to be able to help out my friends with charities they represent.
The completely selfish part of me would spend $100 (and then some!) on all sorts of goodies at Ikea.
Booze
It’s sad to admit, but I’ve spent just about every dollar I have on Christmas presents for other people. You know what that means? No booze for me. So if someone were to give me 100 dollars I’d probably spend it on a night out. It would totally be worth it.
I’d give it to our local rescue mission. They’ve seen such an increase in people since the recession began. I know they’re feeding more than they can handle this season.
I’d go have a nice LONG dinner here….it’s not a menu for the thrify people, but it is a menu for the FOODIES and if I had the money- this is where’d I’d be. Instead of ya know, Subway.
