I'm now the Easter Bunny and I have to think of cool stuff to go in Easter Baskets or else my kids are going to think the Easter Bunny is totally lame. Here is what I'm trying this year - we shall see if they like it. If you have additional ideas please share.
Girl Easter Basket
We recently moved so we lost our old Easter Baskets. Easter Eve we set the baskets out for the Easter bunny to reuse. This year they get new Easter baskets though.
Boy Easter Basket
The Easter Basket for the little boy.
New Easter Grass
I’m trying the wood/paper grass this year. I was hoping it reduce the mess from the plastic grass. We shall see.
Colored Easter eggs
We colored our eggs last night.
We have 26 eggs – this is an important number remember. We want to make sure we find 26 eggs on Easter morning.
Gardening Tools
Both kids are getting some gardening tools. We fixing up our backyard this summer/spring so I’m hoping I can get some work out of the kids if I give them gardening tools.

Umbrella
My daughter really wants an umbrella so the easter bunner is bringing her one.

Rubber Lizzards
The kids love lizards – not sure why. An easy filler for lizard loving kids are toy rubber brightly colored lizards.
Dove Dark Chocolate Eggs
Dark Chocolate is good is good for you right – so the Easter bunny brings dark chocolate eggs.
I also like the dark chocolate much better than the milk chocolate.
Reese's Peanut Better Eggs
So I can’t even pretend I buy these for the kids because my daughter is allergic to peanuts.
No these are purchases exclusively for the Easter Bunny – yumm yumm. I wait all year for these eggs!
Jelly Beans
What Easter basket would be complete without Jelly beans?
I get the Starburst kind cause I love them oh so much. They taste just like the starbust candy.
Chocolate Bunny
What Basket would be complete without a chocolate bunny?
Video Games
When I was a kid my brother and I received a few NES games from the Easter Bunny
Still the best Easter ever. Games are a little pricier now, but trust me, your kids will remember it as the most awesome Easter in the history of Easters.
