Uptown’s 17th Avenue is Denver’s “Restaurant Row,” where foodies can indulge in a different restaurant every night of the week.

One of the oldest areas in Denver, this is a hub for the creative mind, the heart of art and culture. Civic Center Park, the Denver Art Museum and the Public Library are located here.

You’ll find 19th- and 20th -century Victorians and bungalows getting cozy with modern apartments and lofts. Old stores and garages are now edgy new art galleries, small offices and hip restaurants.

Auraria is a charming neighborhood close to the heart of downtown, but still affordable.

The Auraria Campus consists of three colleges: Metro State, Community College of Denver and University of Colorado Denver. Film lovers take note: all film fests that come to Denver can be found at the Starz Film Center, located within the Tivoli Center (the student union of the Auraria Campus).
