Uptown
Located east of the nerve center that is downtown makes Uptown a convenient place to live. Add to that a diverse assortment of restaurants, watering holes and architecture and you’ve got one of the city’s most popular neighborhoods.
Uptown’s 17th Avenue is Denver’s “Restaurant Row,” where foodies can indulge in a different restaurant every night of the week.

LoDo, aka Lower Downtown, is again bustling with the central business district and Larimer Square, home of Denver’s hip and trendy.

Five Points...rich history, cool jazz
It’s one of the city’s oldest, largest and most historic neighborhoods. Five Points was known for its sizzling jazz, and dozens of bars and clubs where some of the greats played.
Today it’s buzzing with businesses. Located near Coors Field and downtown Denver, the area is known for its BBQ and soul food.
Seems like there’s always something cool going on here. Check out the Juneteenth (June 19th) festival and parade, kick back with the sounds of the Jazz Festival or check out the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Center and theater.

Auraria...artsy and affordable
Auraria is a charming neighborhood close to the heart of downtown, but still affordable.
Here you’ll find two-story brick Victorians, one-story stucco houses, duplexes, row houses, brick bungalows and brick apartment complexes.
The Auraria Campus consists of three colleges: Metro State, Community College of Denver and University of Colorado Denver. Film lovers take note: all film fests that come to Denver can be found at the Starz Film Center, located within the Tivoli Center (the student union of the Auraria Campus).
