Crazy yoga stuff! Why? Because I am inspired by my crazy yogis and may even become one someday. What happens when you devote your life to practicing yoga? Sometimes, some pretty crazy stuff. Aspiring Yogis and Beginners: this is crazy advanced yoga. Don't be put off or daunted. Really. It would be like joining your company softball team and comparing yourself to Lincecum. Anna is one of the most inspiring and athletic teachers out there.
Her upper body strength and discipline is truly amazing.
I have yet to take a class from Anna herself, but Stephanie Snyder, Michelle Cordero, and Pete Guinosso are all local Forrest teachers.
Kareem Abdul Jabbar
Yeah! He’s a yogi.
B.K.S. Iyengar Breathing
BKS Iyengar is one of the most renowned masters alive.
As if you needed me to tell you that after just listening to him breathe!

Buddy’s spirit is amazing, + he has taught a large yoga class in an equally large afro wig. Awesome.
