We took our cat to this death center for extreme emaciation and lethargy; for our $1300-plus tab we were told his prognosis was grave(that was obvious)but that nobody there was capable of diagnosing his imminent illness without a costly ultrasound exam, which would've undercut our "care credit" limit so that even "palliative" care would've been precluded. Throughout that traumatic trial, "Dr. Death" Erin Nohava MBA, repeatedly persisted with engaging us in puerile discussions concerning our "moral and philosophical beliefs" whilst insisting that, "IT'S NOT WRONG TO PUT HIM DOWN" in light of our "financial constraints." Atop all that she actually whined that we were "tying(her)hands" by not paying for their sacrocanct ultarsound exam. We were there for the cure, not the kill, at all costs. Nohava was there keen on just the cost and the kill! Then she had the unmitigated gall to sebd us a sympathy note after our cat died of "respiratory and cardiac arrest" in her high-gear killing-mode care! Their motto is: Pay Upfront For Our Exorbitant Diagnostics, Or Die, We Don't Give A Damn! We'd Rather Euthanize Anyway! Nohava should be in the extortion, not the veterinary, business. Pet executioners ought to put themselves down before selling putting pets down when they're in dire need of life-SAVING, not life-ending efforts! This is a pet hell with severely screwed up priorities!
