Oceanaire Seafood Room - Denver
1400 Arapahoe Street, Denver, CO 80202
A large and elegant seafood emporium, with excellent service and an outstanding fresh seafood selection. Top shelf, feels like a great steakhouse in style and service. Decor is art deco with white table cloths. However, like Denver, you’ll find a mix of suits and casual diners.

Tamayo Restaurant
1400 Larimer St, Denver, CO 80202
For a taste of the New West, Tamayo never fails. A must visit for those interested in sampling the “best of the west”. A great rooftop patio makes it a special evening spot in the spring and summer.

Capital Grille
1450 Larimer St, Denver, CO 80202
The premier steak house in Denver. Bar none. Downtown has a great selection for steak (Mortons, Ruth Chris’, Sullivans and the Denver Chop House), but Capital Grille is the top of the heap.

Rioja
1431 Larimer Street, Denver, CO 80202
Arguably Denver’s best kitchen. The Mediterranean inspired menu is truly outstanding. Contemporary bistro fair in a very nice upscale setting. Rioja has been hard to get into ever since it opened, and for good reasons.

Ted's Montana Grill
1401 Larimer Street, Denver, CO 80202
For a mid-priced great steak, Ted’s Montana is a quality choice. A wonderful long bar, and relatively small dining room are upscale but with a western casual feel. Ted’s also has a decent sized patio for dining.

Hotel Teatro
1100 14th Street, Denver, CO 80202
Housed in Denver's Historic Tramway Building, Hotel Teatro opened its doors in 1999 as Denver's premier boutique luxury hotel. The elegance of the original building is seen today in the beautiful marble entrance and in carefully preserved touches throughout the hotel. The proximity to the Performing Arts Complex was the inspiration for the name Teatro, which means theatre in Italian. Beautiful theatrical costumes and photographs adorn the walls of the parlor and guestrooms. Hotel Teatro is designed to blend the grandeur of yesterday with the modern conveniences available today.
Guestrooms are decorated in rich, soft gold or sage tones. Indonesian sandstone foyers set the stage of refined elegance, complemented by custom built cherry wood armoires and headboards, luxurious Frette linens, contemporary art deco furniture covered with fine fabrics and lavish touches like down comforters. All rooms include complimentary high speed and wireless internet connections and ihomes.
Parking fees will be assessed at the front desk - $26 overnight Valet parking and $13 for Daily valet parking.
