Colfax: A Pictorial Guide to Denver's 26 Mile Historic Avenue
For over 100 years, Colfax has been a major street for Denver, with the wealthy elite taking residence there in the 1890's, Jack Kerouac's On The Road referencing it, and now everyone from music lovers to street people lining the street. Whether you love it or hate it, you're bound to see something intersting each time you drive down Colfax.

Food and Drinks
Colfax is literally littered with bars, clubs and restaurants to suit any person’s mood. you can hit up a small, corner BBQ spot or a fancy sit-down restaurant. I like to relax on a patio to people watch.

Vandalism
While Colfax is gaining popularity again and undergoing much development, there is still a problem with grafitti, litter and crime. Over time, I hope the street can retain it’s cultural diversity and flavor but also become safer and cleaner so we can all enjoy it even more.
A little grafitti. At least it says love.
