Reasons Why I Need To Clean My Apartment

So Much To Do

As I sit here and write, I am staring at my kitchen and thinking about all those dishes I still need to do. If those dishes were clean, I wouldn’t be thinking about them. In fact, if my entire apartment was clean, I could stay focused and write a guide about something else.

Maybe I’ll go do them AFTER I write. Yes, after sounds nice.

Things Just Lay Around

Which of these things is not like the other? As I look at this picture, it doesn’t seem as bad as it does in real life. I mean, half of this picture is cut off from the rest of the things just lying around on it. I need to clear that off so I can place my computer there and write some more.

There Is Cat Hair Everywhere

I love my cat, but gosh he sheds A LOT! I didn’t think it was that bad until I saw PILES of his hair in corners of every room! Maybe if I got it all shaved off, I wouldn’t have to clean so often… hmmm.

I Need Fresh Coffee

If I don’t clean out my coffee pot, I can’t have fresh coffee. I want coffee right now, as I sit here and write, and think. Once again, to have coffee, I need to get up, clean it, and make the coffee.

I'm Going To Go Crazy

If I don’t stop what I’m doing now, get my lazy butt up, and clean this place now, I’m going to go INSANE! I’m going… now!

There Is Nowhere To Sit

This is left over from movie night that occurred last night. I should fold the blankets, and pick up the room, so that when I have friends over later, they can sit down. That would be nice. They might want to sit in a clean room.

My Boyfriend's Parents Will Be Here

Yes, his parents are arriving this weekend for Thanksgiving. I have a busy week ahead of me, and I’m hoping I can clean the apartment before they get here. Gosh, I don’t want them to think we’re complete slobs. Maybe I should vacuum, dust, clean the bathroom….

I Have To Cook

I also have to cook in that kitchen soon. I wanted to make a nice dinner tonight and get some practice in for those Thanksgiving dishes. I always I have to practice so that when Thanksgiving Day arrives, the dish doesn’t taste like crap. Maybe I should go clean that kitchen now…

The Squirrels Won't Attack Anymore

Since we haven’t taken down the garbage, it just sits on our porch. This means, that the squirrels have been going CRAZY and receive free food each week. Now, they’re trying to break in and steal the food from my refrigerator. Maybe if I let them in, they’re clean my dishes?

I Can Finally Clothe Myself

I haven’t had clean clothes in… a while. Maybe it’s time to do the right thing, and clean them. Yeah, now that I’m writing this out, I realize that I am a complete slob and it’s time to do all of these things!
