Cheeseburgers, French-fries and Milkshakes—which places offer the best in AZ?

My mom lives in Tucson, so I’m in Arizona quite a bit. I’ve never been to Tempe, but if I ever wind up there I WILL hunt down the Heart Attack Grill. Do they have Eegee’s that far north? The sandwiches aren’t much to write home about, but I drink three lime slushies a day for the entire time I’m in Tucson.
