Well, 2008 has come and gone with a few notable celebrity deaths. R.I.P. Edmund Hillary, Brad Renfro, Sydney Pollack, Paul Newman and Heath Ledger. So, who is going to be this year?

I’ll actually be really sad if he dies. And also, he’s a lot younger than I thought he was at only 79! But seriously, doesn’t it seem like it could be any day now?? And at least he has Ryan Seacrest to fill his Rockin’ New Years shoes, right?

I don’t know why she immediately came to mind. A consummate funny lady with poignantly memorable roles in movies like The Apartment and Terms of Endearment, I just have a feeling that she might die this year.
