"One Nation Under CCTV"

“One Nation Under CCTV” is painted on a wall in central London, which in case you didn’t know, is the CCTV camera capital of the world. In the piece, a young boy is atop a ladder painting the words, with a security guard and a dog eying him from the ground below. As I’m sure was intentional placement, an actual CCTV camera sits off to the right of it.
