(And you know what, your guides get tons of publicity on these sites too, so don’t miss out on your time to be famous!
Facebook Profile Photo Will Now Auto-Load
If you signed up on Guidespot using your Facebook ID, We will automatically import your profile photo from Facebook into your Guidespot profile. Don’t want to use that photo? Switch it out while in edit mode on your profile page.
Guidespot Loves Canada
Zip Code and Profile: You can now enter a Canadian zip code into your profile, and Guidespot will recognize it.
Custom Address and Mapping: Enter a Canadian address into the custom address widget when you are making a guide, and Guidespot now recognizes it. You can also add a Canadian map to your guide!
Note: At this time, Guidespot does not support Canadian businesses; however, it is on our feature request list. Hang tight up there!
Current Popular Guides
Now see the most up-to-date popular guides on Guidespot when you are on the homepage or viewing a guide. Popularity is based off of page views, so the guides should bounce around on the list all day… As I hear the Internets has tons of people on it all of the time!
