You may pretend to be here to find out a good place to do brunch or find a nice museum, but deep down inside you want a local's guide to some of the best drink spots in the Bay Area. Well, you're in luck. Share your favorite spots here!

Toons Piano Bar

52 E Santa Clara Street, San Jose, CA 95113

Toons will be opening up again real soon. They apparently had to close due to the disruptions (read: stabbings). It’s an exciting place to go hang out, like the extreme sports version of drinking. You might die. That’s all there is to it. You might die.

Dave & Busters

940 Great Mall Dr, Milpitas, CA 95035

I know I talk about Dave & Busters a lot, but you can’t go wrong for some good drinks and fun with friends. I’m a fan of the snow cone. It’s shaved ice and all kinds of colorful booze. Yum!

Voda

56 Belden Pl, San Francisco, CA 94104

Let’s forget that this is my favorite down and dirty anything goes place in SF, where I always seem to get myself in a s*@tload of trouble. Lets focus on the House music and cool postmodern vibe of a Vodka house with 40+ flavors of martinis. Better than Baskin Robins, I have had an Andez and a Passionfruit and tangerine that put me beneath the sheets in more ways than one.Their movie board is bond themed, with frequent plays of “From Russia With Love,” while the Bartenders are either super chill or Smoking hot with their own mixologic philosophies.

Azul

1 Tillman Pl, San Francisco, CA 94108

Most of the nights I can’t remember start here, with Hurricanes. Everything here is blue, except those, and we often just come here to unwind afterslaving over the wood-fire grill. Not a great joint for meeting people, but an awesome palce to hang out with the bartender and good friends listening to selct music
