With a name like Kickass Cupcakes, they have to be good, right? These cupcakes are well worth the trip on the T.
The variety of flavors is enough to boggle your mind, so I’ll make it easy for you. Get the mojito cupcake. Two of my favorite things combined into one, It’s just the thing for a warm summer’s day. The super chocolate is also amazing- a brownie cupcake with chocolate ganache and chocolate shavings.

Kickass Cupcakes is out in Davis Square, but it’s worth a little trip on the T!
Lulu's Cupcakes
Tucked in the Italian North End, Lulu’s Bake Shoppe looks like it came straight out of a fairy tale. The shop is tiny, but filled with pastries, cakes, and most importantly cupcakes.
When faced with the daunting decision of what to order, I highly recommend the Boston cream pie cupcake. The cake is incredibly moist and the cream makes it even more so. The lemon hearts cupcake will make your mouth pucker into a smile.
