There’s no better way for me to feel good than to dance. Ok, so you’re too old to join the Colorado ballet, and maybe you never did lose the freshman 15. Oh well, there’s no time like the present to take up dancing. Dancing is fun for all shapes and sizes. And, you’ll feel great doing it. I started with tribal belly dancing and here’s where I take lessons.

Girlfriends are your biggest cheerleaders. Go on a weekend trip with those favorite gal pals. Whether its a spa weekend, camping, a road trip, shopping, making dinner or just hanging out with a glass of wine. Do it!
Get your butt moving and exercise!
Here are some fun things to do outside to get your butt back in shape and feel great and breath in the fresh air!
