Pet Peeves - we all have them (oh boy do we ever). Emerald Dandy has listed just a few of his pet peeves, but wants to know what YOURS are?

Texting, texting, and more texting

Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy my fair share of texting, BUT my pet peeve stems from the “chronic texter,” you know what I mean. Those “friends” of ours that spend more time texting than even knowing we’re in the room. I promise, I didn’t sign up to sit here and watch you text everyone in your address book discussing your sexcapades.

Socks and sandals - TOGETHER

This seems to be QUITE trendy in Seattle (I know, I know), and it is quite honestly something I will never understand. Sandals are NOT meant to be worn with socks, so don’t do it!!

Obnoxious Cell Phone Chatting

This is ESPECIALLY true when on public transit. Nobody needs to hear every detail about your lousy day at work, your blind date gone bad, or anything else about your life. We’re just trying to get to our destination, and your unnecessary commentary is not making our trip any more enjoyable. If you must make a call, there ISN’T any need to raise your voice, no one cares to listen.
