A few years ago I was in Boston and as I walked past Cheers I had to break into song. I find myself singing this song a lot, even without a mention of Cheers.

China Beach

For the record, I’ve never seen a full episode of China Beach, but I looooooove the theme song, “Reflections” by Diana Ross and The Supremes. I’m also strangely drawn to the pseudo dramatic visuals that accompany the theme song. There’s just something about it, all those sultry women and war scenes.

You can’t forget this one.

Friends

I’ve watched friends for the ten years they were on TV. I don’t think there was a single episode where I didn’t sing along and clap. It’s catchy…even if you hate it!

A three hour tour!

Gilligan’s Island is definitely in my top three favorite TV show theme songs! How can you not sing along?!

Big Bang Theory (History of Everything)

This is the opening to the awesomely nerdtastic geekifiable show Big Bang Theory! It’s on Monday’s at 8:00pm on CBS. I’ve been singing the theme song since the second or third episode and look forward to it every week! I’ve even used the original song (History of Everything by the Barenaked Ladies) as part of my lesson plans for science class. :-)
