Hello My Name Is.... And I'm a Cereal Addict
Words cannot describe how much I love to eat cereal-- I think my love just might rival that of the patron saint of cereal, Jerry Seinfeld. I literally eat the stuff all day long. And since there are TONS of options when it comes to cereal, it's nigh impossible to get sick of the stuff. What cereal gets YOU out of bed in the morning?
Cracklin' Oat Bran
I could probably eat an entire box of this. But then once I read the box and realized it’s really pretty horribly bad for you. Sadness!!

Raisin Nut Bran
I was denied sugary cereal as a kid (cruel, I know), so I grew up eating Raisin Nut Bran. But this stuff is pretty darn good— WAY better than plain Rice Krispies.
Trader Joe's Honey, Almond & Flax 9 Whole Grain Crunch Cereal
I couldn’t find any pictures of this online, so I had to take my own (hence, why the image is backwards— damn you Photo Booth for not devising a way to flip images!) Anyway, I just recently discovered this cereal and I think I’m in love.
Kashi Go Lean Crunch!
I’ve already professed my love for Kashi Go Lean Crunch! on Guidespot (or as I like to call it, Kashi Go Lean Crack!— it’s seriously addictive). What can I say, I’m addicted to fiber.
Trader Joe's Strawberry Yogurt O's
I probably never would have bought this cereal— I gave up eating Cheerios in elementary school. But a while back I was staying with my sister (who’s a fan), I decided to give it a try for breakfast. And it’s pretty freaking good.
Nature's Path Organic Optimum Slim
I first bought this cereal back in college— I figured if I was eating copious amounts of cereal I should probably be eating organic cereal and this was one of the only organic varieties they had at Trader Joe’s. And let me just say this cereal is POORLY named— anything with “slim” in the title implies a taste that rivals cardboard. But seriously, this stuff is good.
Special K Red Berries
One of my old roommates used to buy this cereal and one day I decided to try it and after that I couldn’t stop eating her cereal. Please don’t tell her.
Kellog's Smart Start
My old roommate used to buy this too, and I would eat it. God, I was a bad roommate…
Puns and funny cereal box art? I’m SOLD.
also known as “Cereal City.”
Barbara's Bakery Shredded Oats
I first started off eating Puffins, and then I discovered the majesty that is Shredded Oats. I can eat this stuff like a fat man eats deep-fried pork rinds.
Weetabix
I love Weetabix because the possibilities of what you can do with it are endless. Here’s my favorite way to eat Weetabix:
1. Mash up cereal with ripe banana, tbls. of almond butter, milk, and brown sugar.
2. Nuke in microwave.
3. EAT!
Trader Joe's Organic Morning Lite
This isn’t my FAVORITE high fiber cereal, but it’s a good option if you’re looking to change it up. It has a nice nutty taste to it, but for some reason, the cereal tends to clump together— when I was nearing the end of the box I literally ended up with a solid brick of cereal.
