So tomorrow is my birthday (I'm not going to tell you how old I'm going to be:)), and since I'm kind of a 7 year-old, I'm pretty excited. And naturally, I'm going to mercilessly compare tomorrow to my past birthdays to see if it measures up. And a big part of that is PRESENTS. So I'm wondering what's the best birthday present you've ever gotten? (It doesn't have to be tangible, just remember to keep it PG-13).

iPhone

I got this as an early b-day present from my family and I have to say it ranks pretty high up there on the best presents ever list. Plus, I was in dire need of a new phone. The speaker on my Motorola died, so I was forced to talk to everyone on speaker phone in order to hear them. Convenient for hands-free driving, but not so convenient if you’re trying to have a private conversation in the dairy aisle of the supermarket.

Trek Bike

I got an orange Trek a couple years ago for my birthday and it’s probably proved to be one of the most useful and long lasting presents I have ever gotten. This past year I lived close enough to my job to bike to work and I saved a TON of money on gas. A birthday present that also saves you money? Yes!!!!!

Camera

So a couple summer ago I went to Mexico and my bag was searched by TSA and whoever looked in my bag to make sure there wasn’t anything verboten in it stole my frickin camera!! Needless to say I was super bummed when I got to Mexico because not only had someone stolen my stuff but I couldn’t take any pictures of my trip! So I was ELATED to get a new camera for my birthday last year. And I’m definitely not letting this baby outta my sight.
