The newest rehearsal studios to open in Scottsdale Arizona, and in fact they are now the only ones here as the others have gone out of business. Scottsdale Rehearsal Studios has it all. They host a HUGE main stage that is just like one you would play in the arena, and quite frequently very famous bands rent this stage to rehearse prior to the big show.

They also have about ten other normal sized rehearsal rooms which are fully soundproofed and fully equipped. They even provide the instruments so if you forgot your guitar at home, no worries. All rooms have all the best of the gear that money can buy and they are all air conditioned.

You can rent rooms here by the hour or by the week or even by the month. They go hourly for about $20 and monthly for about $500. The staff is very nice and helpful and they have clean bathrooms, a safe location and some of the nicest rehearsal rooms you will ever have the pleasure of practicing in.

The newest rehearsal studio to open in Arizona and the only one that is located in Chandler, is pretty darn tooting nice. They feature three fully equipped rehearsal rooms that have all of the gear minus the instruments. The gear is the best of the best, Marshall and Mesa Boogie cabinets and DW drum kits. They also have several SURE microphones and stands and ceiling flown monitors that can really crank.

The rooms are fully soundproofed and the facility that they are housed in is huge. They provide a very nice and brand new restroom and a fridge that is filled with ice cold and free bottled water. The staff is very nice and their rates are some of the best that you can find anywhere. Another awesome thing to note is that every room has its own AC unit, with a remote; it gets freaking cold in there.

Due to the popularity of this place and the fact that it is new and currently only has three rooms (they are building several more) you will have to book the rooms ahead of time if you are going to actually get your hands on one. Their rates rock! You can book rooms monthly or hourly, which run about $450 per month or about $15 hourly.

This studio has been around for years and many Mesa area bands are thankful that it has. Rooms are cheap and they have four of them to rent out most of time. They come equipped with the basic gear and air conditioning and the rooms are all fully soundproofed. They also have clean bathrooms and a very safe and secure location, so if you want to leave your gear here you will not have to worry about it getting stolen.

The rooms are all the same size and feature some decent gear, but if you are really picky you will find yourself dragging your own amp with you. You can also rent the rooms without gear for a cheaper rate. Their prices are fairly decent and you can rent rooms monthly for about $300-350. You will need a credit card, first and last months rent and a deposit to get into this place.

This is one of the most popular rehearsal studios in the Tempe area and for several very good reasons. First of all it is centrally located in downtown Tempe, the forefront of the burgeoning Arizona music scene. Secondly they have more rehearsal rooms available for rent than any other rehearsal studio in Arizona. Finally, their prices are of some of the best that you will ever find on rehearsal studios in the state, hands-down.

Tons of bands frequent this place to be able to practice without hearing their neighbors come over yelling at them about the noise disturbance. The studios are actually pretty damn nice inside. They are fully soundproofed so you won’t hear noise leaking from other bands practicing. They are air conditioned and they provide all of the major gear: drums, amps, and a PA; you will have to bring your own instruments.

You do not need to have a credit check to book these monthly. But you will need to put down a few hundred dollar deposit to cover the gear, first and last months rent, and credit card for monthly billing. You can get your hands on a decent rehearsal room at this place for about $400 per month. Considering this is usually split four or five ways, it ends up only costing each band member roughly $50-75 per month.

This newly built rehearsal studio is owned and managed by a large local production company called, Blackdog Promotions. They owner decided to build this place to offer musicians in Tempe a better place to practice than their own garage at prices that they could easily afford.

The studios are relatively smaller, but are well ventilated and share AC with the rest of the building. They provide some okay gear, but you may want to bring your own drum kits and amps, as most bands I know do not like the gear that is in these rooms. But if you need to you can easily make do with what they provide.

This was in response to hundreds of bands in Tempe contacting them asking if they would let them rent a storage locker to rehearse in without having to worry about getting the cops called on them. Now you can rent rehearsal studios here as well as storage lockers. They will run you about $500 per month, a deposit is required as well as first and last months rent.
