Eat Your Veggies

I’ve never had a problem eating my fair share of fiber. I love all vegetables and I once told someone if I had to live off of two foods for the rest of my life it would be, “artichokes and pudding.” You get my drift. Good thing artichokes not only satisfy the belly, but stimulate the libido as well. Ancient Greeks believed it ensured the birth of sons and that the center bulb, or the “heart” enhanced PASSION.

So eat your veggies and don’t forget this one: asparagus. Somewhat phallic shaped in form, and though it may cause a funky pee smell this little spear contains the chemicals necessary to really turn up the heaaaaaat.

Yes, that is the sound of me eating oysters. Sexy eh? Well, Casanova was at it again with the oysters. Apparently, he ate a lot of them too. Maybe his secret wasn’t in his sexual prowess after all but in his diet? I suppose we’ll never know.
This is also one of the aphrodisiacs that people compare to shapes, i.e. the lady bits or the man junk.  Due to its shape and texture, people believe someone who enjoys eating oysters, must enjoy you know what. The Romans were the first to document this aphrodisiac food, so….when in Rome right?

Shrooms are hot.

MUSHrooms. Well, TRUFFLES to be exact.
The scent given off by truffles are identical to the scent of the sexual organs of a porcine, or the musky pheremone found in the testicles of a boar. Wow, sounds tasty. The scent is pungent and earthy. Potent. Though truffles can be expensive you can still find decent tasting truffles for an affordable price, or settle for truffle oil.

CHOCOLATE!!

Chocolate has been a food that people have had an emotional attachment to for centuries. Lord knows when I’m feeling a little down, lonely, or happy I reach for a Hershey’s. Why do we have such a strong connection to this pleasurable little delicacy? Besides the fact that it is delicious, it contains Seratonin! That’s right and when released into the body Seratonin causes that euphoric, lovin’ feeling.

Rumor has is Casanova consumed chocolate before gallivanting about with his many lovers. If Casanova says it worked, it must!

What? Don’t judge me for quoting Spice Girls. Spice Girls rock. Posh spice is like a human version of an aphrodisiac.
My personal feeling is this; anytime you’re eating spicy foods you are stimulating all of the right areas. Your lips are tingling, your body is hot, you start sweating….all before you even hit the bedroom! Imagine what happens when you finally make it there, fire perhaps?
Cayenne pepper makes your blood circulate so your erogenous zones are lit up. They’re ON. Your face is flushed, your heart is beating….hm, sounds similar to when you’re about to “make it.” Right?
Where do you think the saying, spice it up came from? Probably, from a pepper. From a pepper to the bedroom baby.

Fruit and Such

Strawberry’s have been called the “nipple of fruits” which is a strange saying, but I suppose it’s true. Strawberries were given their aphrodisiac status when people associated the number of seeds with fertility. Seeds, eggs, it’s all the same.
Whenever people think romance, they think; champagne, chocolates, and strawberries. You don’t? Maybe you should.
Fruit is a sensual food. Another fruit you may be surprised about (since most people don’t eat it, unless it’s in the form of a cookie) is the FIG! Known to be Cleopatra’s favorite fruit, no wonder she was a sexy beast. In some countries figs are thrown at weddings instead of rice. And I thought rice would hurt if it hit me in the eye, imagine a fig to the face?!
