There's just not enough time in life to read all of the amazing wedding blogs out there. So I've compiled some serious Cliff's notes of a few of the best.

They Take Photos Of Every Meal

I’ve got to hand it to Heather and Ed – They are diligent reporters. Not a cherry Coke or bacon cheeseburger is left undocumented.

This one is my personal favorite. It really captures that Seran Wrap sheen of the powdered eggs.

...And Of Every Angle Of Their Hotel Room

Even though Heather & Ed had shopped for a ring and planned the Disney-Engagement trip together, Ed wanted the exact moment to be a surprise. During the pre-proposal dinner, Ed was so nervous he even ate onions. And do you know what? Ed HATES onions.

This Moment Was "Certifiably Magical"

I like how “Your Engagement” was penned in by hand.

RICHARD & JESSICA

What the Richard & Jessica blog lacks in length it makes up for in class and good grammar.

Meet Heather and Ed. They are like birds of a feather. But don’t worry! All of their thoughts are coded in gender-appropriate pink and blue so you can tell their passages apart.

Nice Fanny Pack, Goofy!

Not to be outdone by Goofy, Ed wore his Sunday’s best for all of the photo shoots.

As if the Cinderella engagement was not enough, Ed also bought Heather this fanciful balloon.

NOTE: Unfortunately, Heather and Ed had to cancel their Disney World double-wedding with Heather’s sister and her fiance due to family trouble. Nevertheless, a Disneymoon was still possible.

You mean you don't know what a "Disneymoon" is?

Disney World honeymoons are the most popular post-nuptial celebrations worldwide, which is why we should all be thankful that there is a word for them.

That Richard looks like a real winner.

Mary & Lloyd Met Online...

I’d like to share a story If you’ve got the time, This story’s true and is about Someone I met on-line.~

We met the first day I signed on Seems many years ago, I had a new computer then And so little did I know.

I wandered to a chat room Hoping for conversation, What I found was eye-opening A computer education.

Oh yes, the folks were chatting Typing things like “LOL”, I didn’t know the phrase back then But now I know it well.

They seemed to be conversing About a “wave” they’d sent, I tried so hard to keep up But I didn’t know what they meant,

Someone there was very nice And helped to walk me through, Sending me an e-mail With instructions what to do.

That was how it started There’s been many “waves” since then, More important, what I found Was a very special friend.

We began to chat most every day He shared the on-line things he knew, And as the time kept passing by Our friendship grew and grew.

Three years plus would come to pass Before his face I’d actually see, You see, we weren’t compatible At least not geographically.

I lived on the west coast And he lived on the east, The distance separating us Was a thousand miles, at least.

Eventually we did meet It seemed it was out fate, And to think it started with a “wave” Aren’t computers great!

Well, I sure think that mine is I know it changed my life Six years after that first chat, I became his wife.

I left out lots of details I’ll share those another time, Just remember anything’s possible When you meet someone on-line.

Lauren & Jamal

Her story of the proposal:
“So I’m going to flight school in 2008, you want to get married in Hawaii?”. This started a discussion about the feasibility of such an expensive destination wedding. It wasn’t until we were in Irvine (about an hour and a half drive from Oceanside), that I realized the implications of our conversation and turned to Jamal and said “Did you just propose to me?”. To which he replied, “Yeah, I guess I kinda did.”

His story: blank

I love how Heather is as excited about her engagement as about the snack bar at the resort being redone so the supply of snacks is much better: they even have yogurt!

Photos at every meal? that seems excessive?

I found this gem of a quote on another wedding blog: “Our first date was at Saigon Cafe and the first time I laid eys on him was as he was walking out of the bathroom. That has set the tone for the rest of our relationship.” WTF?
