Also, in my ReadyMade magazine this month, they talked about how you can use an egg like a tortilla to wrap stuff up in… add strips of it to a chicken stock for soup, or use it as a coating on cookies…. again, eggs to the rescue! Great updates to the guide, BTW!

I am with you, AlexandraF. I love eggs too. I think that they are one of the healthier foods to eat. For a quick and healthy source of protein, I sometimes enjoy them for lunch or dinner.
