2,000 Pounds of Cranberries Travel to Gillette Stadium

On October 23, 25, and 26, Ocean Spray’s “Patriot Place Bog,” will come to Gillette Stadium in Foxborough Mass., home of the New England Patriots and New England Revolution. Fans will have the opportunity to learn about the taste, health and heritage of the cranberry from third and fourth- generation growers in a 2,100 square foot bog. Samples of Ocean Spray products will be available. In addition, the comical growers from the TV ad campaign will be on hand, in the bog, greeting fans on Sunday. To help kick off this amazing spectacle, Patriots wide receiver, Wes Welker, will be inducted as an honorary Ocean Spray grower on Thursday, October 23 during the unveiling of the cranberry bog in a private ceremony.
