Jennifer and Rainbow Li and their daughter Katy have been in business for 20 years and the food is superlative. Their luncheon specials cover the entire gamut of both northern and southern cuisine, and Taiwan, with appetizers and dumplings specials. A favorite with Oneonta firemen, police, hospital employees, school teachers, they deliver too. Trust us on this one — we’re old Navy China Fleet hands, and this food is the best this side of Hong Kong. You’re likely to see the mayor, the local newspaper editor, and the police chief dining there, as well as the staffs of both Hartwick and Oneonta.
