Tony Roma’s might claim to be the place for ribs, but you’re way better off heading to Mr. Cecil’s for your rib fix. Aside from having an excellent selection of meaty offerings (St. Louis Ribs, Baby Back Ribs, Beef Ribs…) There’s even a veggie kabob dinner available if gasp! you don’t eat meat.
