Okay so perhaps Target is no way to build a quality home, but first apartment? Indeed! When my husband and I moved to the States last fall on a budget of very little, we hit up all three local Target locations for cheap decor – we ended up with a giant framed print of Tournee du Chat Noir, some towels, dishes, and a freaking awesome wall clock. I’ve bought furniture here, posters, you name it.
