Tattered Cover has an amazing lecture series, where sometimes over 100 people show up for a book reading! The lectures are a great way to keep you educated, and give you the opportunity to meet other people with similar interests. Strike up a conversation with the stranger sitting next to, you never know who it could be, or who they might know… ;)
