Viceroy has always made me feel like I’m inside a bachelor pad circa 1954. Even with the new name (Rob Roy) the bar is still great
A little taste of Ballard in the middle of Belltown, the Viceroy was once a reliable escape from the striped-shirt douchbags that fill every other bar. Unfortunately, other people have started to realize this as well. Stop by for a drink before it’s too late.
