This the only bank in the country (and possibly the world) designed just for kids. Ok, so you do need some money to open up the bank account but once it is open there are plenty of free things to do. Kids learn all about money and how to manage it through quarterly work shops, classes and activities. My kids love to bring their coins in and use the special coin counter. An account can be opened at any age (even newborns) but it is best for children 4 years and older when they start grasping the concept of money.
