Specializing in butchering and smoking their meats (or yours, if you’re a hunter), this little meat market also has a fantastic deli. They make all their cold cuts and sauces in house, and use fresh baked bread. What they lack in side dishes they more than make up for in slap-you-in-the-face delicious sandwiches. They have cases full of steaks and chicken and pork and ostridge and bacon and such.
