Just because you don’t eat meat doesn’t mean you don’t want a good burger. Water Course claims they ahve the best veggie burger around…and I agree. This tempeh burger is completely organic and vegetarian, and always satisfying. Try it. You’ll surprise yourself.

Having an entire menu to choose from is rare, but everything at WaterCourse Foods is vegetarian, and many options are vegan. Committed to environmentally friendly practices, the restaurant is a healthy alternative for the world as well, recycling what can be reused and even giving discounts to those who arrive by bicycle. The restaurant exudes a fun, quirky atmosphere, with a widely tattooed and pierced staff and clientèle as diverse as the city itself.
