One of my absolute favorite dining destinations in Denver is smack dab in the middle of LoDo. For over 10 years, Vesta has been named on all of Denver’s ‘Best Of’ lists for good reason. Each entree comes with three dipping sauces to make each bite a unique treat. The warm and inviting lighting keeps the restaurant glowing and is perfect for a romantic evening. If you are just out for a drink, the bar is vast with plenty of seating and sure to be one of your favorites too.

There are so many choices at Vesta that are absolutely phenomenal, I have a tough time choosing my favorites. One has to be the ice cream sandwiches, made out of small chocolate chip cookies sandwiching dallops of gelatto. Perfect finger foods with about two bites each, and three sandwiches total. Matt’s Wacky Apple is another treat; imagine your favorite caramel apple, times two. Matt Selby, the Chef, rolls it in sweetened crackly crunchies and serves it with ice cream. EVIL!
