I do not enjoy working out. Not because I'm lazy or get tired or anything like that. I mainly hate working out because I get bored really easily. So, I need to be entertained when it comes to running on the treadmill, lifting weights, etc. Since there's only so much you can do while sprinting along and panting out of breath, I turn to music to keep me entertained. Honestly, if it wasn't for music, I'd probably just sit at home on my couch eating. So yes, music makes me skinny.
