It will probably happen again. A certain political party benefits from low voter turnout, so they purge the voter rolls by caging. Typically you'll get a piece of junk mail about your registration status. If you don't reply, the party in question will make a case to your county clerk that you no longer live in the district and should be removed from the voter rolls. Then you go to vote on election day and you're not on the list. They give you a provisional ballot, allow you to vote, but will ...

I personally am not someone who goes to a lot of concerts. I have to really really really like a band to spend a bunch of money, brave traffic, parking and opening acts and then stand around and wait for them to play a lacksadasical version of their new songs when I just want to hear my obscure favorite from 1995. But sometimes I do go and I am invested in enjoying myself and then one or many peope insist on doing something COMPLETELY ANNOYING. So, what do music fans do that make you think...

You can't explain attraction, sometimes it just HITS. Alright, maybe not that extreme but you know what I mean. Some people call it chemistry, fate, "sparks", crushing....and sometimes I just call it strange. As you get older it's easier to deal with your offbeat love interests, so tell me, who are YOU strangely attracted to?? Or maybe, WHA...

Forget that both of New York's football teams play in Jersey--this is a football town! But unlike many other cities, NYC is a melting pot of football fans and they show their fidelity in team jerseys on the streets, in sports bars and at home in front of the HD TV. As you can probably guess, I am one of them. My loyalty lies a state or so over, but I've been known to kick over the occasional trash can out of game-loss anger and drown my sorrows/celebrate my joy in too many pitchers of beer.

I watched way too much TV as a kid. So much so, that - after a couple of months of therapy - I understand why I'm wont to just stay indoors for hours at a time. In the era of the DVD, it seems like all of the shows we loved as kids (cartoon and otherwise) have somehow resurfaced like an outbreak of herpes. So, what's your guilty pleasure? Y'know it. It's sitting at home in a box set, next to the first season of Lost and Arrested Development. Yeah, I get it: you totally bought it as a joke gif...

I'm not Catholic, so the whole "confessional" thing has never been a weekly release that I could look forward to. I suppose that's why so many people start blogs, to make up for some sort of guilt they may be harboring. It's the perfect "confessional" which allows you to still be somewhat unaccountable for it. Responsibility has never really been my "thing." So tell me internet friends.....what do you need to get off your chest??
