Just north and over the bridge from Portland Oregon, you'll find this great city! And if you are new, check out Clark County Newcomers. It's a very active club for people new to Vancouver or for those who just want to meet friends and check out some activities they otherwise wouldn't. There is this really cool club in Vancouver, Washington called Clark County Newcomers... no, you don't have to be new - just nice! It's kind of like instant coffee only it's "instant friends."
