Rodante has built his reputation for over 10 years as one of the most amazing stylists and gifted artists in Beverly Hills today. He graduated at Paul Mitchell School with honors in 1997. He also trained under big names like Toni & Guy and Vidal Sassoon. He started his career as an Assistant Stylist at Gavert Atelier and Hiroshi in Beverly Hills where he learned his Asian-Japanese technique in hair cutting and texturizing. He eventually mastered the techniques in both haircutting and coloring from classic dry cuts to modern natural looking style. Rodante participated in the Otis Benefit Fashion Show 2005 where he worked with Vera Wang and John Varvatos.
