I have mastered the art of procrastination. Give me any task, no matter how small, and I will put it off until the very last second. It's just my style. Being 20-something and generally broke, I'm all for free entertainment. Luckily Houston provides plenty of fun, free things to do for those of us who are, dare I say it, financially "challenged".
