Jay Tracey is the Owner and Broker of Exit Realty The Tracey Group in the metro Charleston area. Jay has been a Real Estate Specialist for well over a decade. At Exit Realty The Tracey Group, our agents are knowledgeable and experienced in investments properties, foreclosures, short sales, relocation and commercial ventures. Jay and his wife Cheryl moved to the warmer climate of the south from Minnesota in 1998. They have 10 beautiful grandchildren. Jay is a part of the Folly turtle team and helps to preserve the beautiful coastal beaches of Folly Beach with his wife Cheryl. He is also a member of the Folly Beach business Association.
