    I take issue with your rule of staying west of Quebec. Have you been to the new Stapleton neighborhood? It’s amazing and a wonderful place to live. I’ve been there 5 years and they continue to build as they redevelop the old Stapleton airport. There are lots of parks and businesses to walk to. It has the feel of an older neighborhood with the garages in back and your neighbors out walking.
