Food from trucks gets a bad rap. Insults like "Roach Coach" are thrown around and sometimes you feel like a construction worked on his lunch break when you wait in line at that silver awning. We've all done it. You see an infomercial late at night and whatever is being advertised looks ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. You might be drunk, or sleep deprived, but you HAVE TO HAVE IT. Then 6-8 weeks later, a box shows up at your door and you think "What IS this?" then you open it and probably feel kind of stupid because it isn't going to change your life like you were sure that it would.
