Tired and bored of working out alone? Join our team and take your fitness to the next level with this fun and challenging exercise program that is appropriate for all ability levels. This class combines cardiovascular fitness, strength training, agility, balance and coordination to create a complete and unique workout. Coastal Chordsmen present an evening of comedy and music: "Harmony Hi-Jinks" featuring FRED, the international champion comedy quartet on Saturday, May 1st, 2010 at 7:30 P.M. at the Tomlinson Middle School at 200 Unquowa Road in Fairfield, CT 06824.
