About Me

I have been living and practicing in Southern NH for over twenty years. In a private practice setting in downtown Nashua, NH, I provide marital therapy and individual counseling, and consult on family and relationship psychology topics. I welcome your call whether to discuss counseling, or perhaps to discuss a story on which you're working.

Awkward Family Portraits will make you say "WTF?"

Too funny! But I have to wonder what some of these photo subjects (i.e., family members) must have been thinking when the photographer was putting them into these poses! Would make a great psychological study of “compliance,” where we could set the families down a path of increasingly weird poses. Or maybe a study of family process, where we engage Mom or Dad to get the rest of the family to follow. Carl Hindy, Ph.D. Psychologist, Nashua NH http://www.hindyassociates.com
